Lakeview 2nd Annual Run for a Cause
Lakeview will be hosting its annual Fun Run on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. This event is designed as a fun and inclusive kickoff to the running season, and we welcome participants of all abilities—including walkers.
This year we are fundraising to purchase an inclusive bike for one of our very own students, Franki!! Franki is in grade 2 and has Cerebral Palsy. Franki LOVES to ride her borrowed inclusive bike and would love to have one of her very own to keep up her mobility at home and at school.

It's that time of year again! Is there a grade 7 your child would like to shower with some fun before they move on to grade 8 next year?
This is their chance!
The school district operates 4 StrongStart BC early learning centres that provide free, school-based, high quality early learning programs for children aged 0-5 years old who are accompanied by a parent or caregiver. At StrongStart you and your child will have opportunities to play, make new friends, create art, go to the gym, sing songs, engage with stories and so much more!

November hot lunch ordering is now open on Munchalunch. Orders must be placed before Monday November 3rd .
If you are not able to access the website to order or pay by visa, please see Ms Wurm at the office for a paper copy to order off of that can be paid by cheque or cash.
Again, we would like to thank all parents on their support during hot lunch and if you are wanting to spare a few moments to volunteer with hot lunch please fill out the volunteer form on MunchaLunch or email englandnicole@hotmail.com as we are always looking for extra hands.

Our Purdys Chocolate campaign is now live! The fundraiser ends November 7 with pick up on November 21.
The money raised will be used to support student enrichment activities throughout the school year. A prize for the top 3 sellers!

PAC is excited to start Lakeview's Wedneday Hotlunch program once again this year using the MunchaLunch ordering platform. For returning families please login to:
https://munchalunch.com/login , enter your child's/children's new classroom information and then you can begin ordering. If you are a new family to the school or did not use this program at the end of last school year, please use the following link to sign your child/children up to begin ordering:

st - October 29 with order cut-off date of September 26th. The PAC uses the hotlunch program to help raise money that goes back into our school from paying for fieldtrip bussing, fun school events, and any other school needs so your support of this is always appreciated.
We are always looking for volunteers to help with hotlunch days, so if you are able to spare a few moments during Wednesdays from 11:30 - 12:30 we could always use some extra hands.
